Back in Ibiza this week for a fifth time, I was reminded of a personal magic moment that I wanted to invite you to find your own version of.

On one of our initial trips to this sunny, sparkly island, I discovered my own version of freedom and a happy place.

Out in a boat on the water, with the wind in my hair and the sun on my face, I suddenly experience a profound and deep sense of peace. I breathed it in, and knew I needed to hold onto that feeling.

It’s a moment I've revisited often in my mind, especially when stress or anxiety creeps in.

Everyone deserves a moment like this – one that brings calm and clarity amidst the chaos.

​Consider this a prompt to recall your own happy place; sit for a while and contemplate it – feel it, smell it, sense it – and grab hold of it again whenever life feels overwhelming.
